**Seat and Backrest Cushion:** Molded foam over a wooden frame, with the backrest using a triple-layered molded foam designed according to ergonomic principles for sitting posture. High elasticity, comfortable, and durable. Seat cushion density is greater than 50 kg/m³, backrest cushion density is greater than 45 kg/m³.
**Seat and Backrest Shell:** Made of curved wood board, formed by high-frequency and high-pressure processes. Strong load-bearing capacity, impact-resistant, deformation-resistant, and features unique honeycomb-shaped sound-absorbing vents. Overall sound absorption coefficient is 0.5, ensuring echo elimination within 0.1 seconds across the entire venue. Provides excellent ventilation for the seat and a noise-free environment for the entire auditorium.
**Upholstery Fabric:** Made of imported linen velvet fabric, offering strong permeability, excellent sound absorption, wear resistance, colorfastness, moderate softness, and easy cleaning. Color and texture can be determined according to customer requirements. Can also be treated as needed to meet requirements such as 3M stain resistance; Teflon liquid repellency and dust resistance; anti-static, anti-bacterial, anti-mildew, and fire retardancy. Flame retardant performance meets standards including Chinese GB8410-94, GB17951-1998, and British BS7176, BS5852.
**Armrest and Legs:** Independent support design, aesthetically pleasing and generous. Legs are made of 3mm thick cold-rolled steel formed by hydraulic pressing. The leg base features air vents, significantly enhancing the support strength.
**Armrest:** Made of imported solid wood, coated with polyester paint.
**Return Mechanism:** The seat incorporates a concealed gravity-type slow automatic return device, allowing the seat to reset automatically. Noiseless and zero-failure.
**Floor Anchor Bolts:** All screws, metal parts, and leg screws undergo anti-corrosion treatment according to standards. Metal components such as chair legs are treated for rust and corrosion resistance.
