**Seat and Backrest Cushion:** Molded foam over a wooden frame. The backrest uses a triple-layered molded foam designed according to ergonomic principles for sitting posture, offering high elasticity, comfort, and durability. Seat cushion density is greater than 50 kg/m³, backrest cushion density is greater than 45 kg/m³.
**Seat and Backrest Shell:** Made of curved wood board, formed through high-frequency and high-pressure processes. Features strong load-bearing capacity, impact resistance, deformation resistance, and unique honeycomb-shaped sound-absorbing vents. The overall sound absorption coefficient is 0.5, ensuring echo elimination within 0.1 seconds across the entire venue. Provides excellent ventilation for the seat and a noise-free environment for the auditorium.
**Upholstery Fabric:** Made of imported linen velvet fabric, offering strong permeability, excellent sound absorption, wear resistance, colorfastness, moderate softness, and easy cleaning. Color and texture can be customized according to customer requirements. Can also be treated as needed to meet specific requirements such as 3M stain resistance; Teflon liquid repellency and dust resistance; anti-static, anti-bacterial, anti-mildew, and fire retardancy. Flame retardant performance meets standards including Chinese GB8410-94, GB17951-1998, and British BS7176 and BS5852.
**Armrests and Legs:** Independent support design, aesthetically pleasing and generous. Legs are made of 3mm thick cold-rolled steel formed by hydraulic pressing. The leg base features ventilation holes, significantly enhancing support strength.
**Armrests:** Made of imported solid wood, coated with polyester paint.
**Return Mechanism:** The seat incorporates a concealed gravity-type slow automatic return device, allowing the seat to reset automatically. Operates silently and is designed for zero failure.
**Floor Anchor Bolts:** All screws, metal parts, and leg screws undergo anti-corrosion treatment according to standards. Metal components such as chair legs are treated for rust and corrosion resistance.
