Bed Posts: Made of 55×55mm closed-section shaped steel tubes with a wall thickness of 1.2mm. Post caps and foot covers are made of new polypropylene plastic (one-time injection molded), with a wall thickness ≥3.5mm, height ≥40mm, and pre-drilled holes for mosquito net frames with a depth ≥120mm. Non-slip pads are included at the base. The foot covers fit tightly and securely, resistant to loosening.
Main Beams & Headboard Crossbars: Made of 68×35mm (±2mm) closed-section shaped steel tubes with a wall thickness of 1.2mm.
Bed Slat Supports: Made of 30×20mm square steel tubes with a wall thickness of 1.2mm, connected to the main beams via snap-in fittings.
Ladder: Constructed with 25mm square steel tubes and a wall thickness of 1.2mm. The steps are made of new polypropylene copolymer material (one-piece injection molded) with anti-slip grooves on the surface.
Headboard Guardrail: Made of 20mm square steel tubes or 18mm melamine board with injection-molded edges.
Side Guardrails: Made of round steel tubes with a 22mm diameter and 1.2mm wall thickness, fully welded into the main beams.
Mosquito Net Frame: Made of round steel tubes with a 16mm diameter and 1.0mm wall thickness.
All tubing materials: Use Baosteel or equivalent cold-rolled steel tubes.
