Product Specification
1. Bed Posts : 65×65mm closed special-shaped steel tube with a wall thickness of 1.2mm. Post Caps and Foot Caps : Made of new polypropylene plastic (one-time injection molded), wall thickness ≥3.5mm, height ≥40mm. Post caps shall have pre-drilled holes for the mosquito net frame with a depth ≥120mm. Foot caps shall have non-slip pads at the bottom and must fit tightly with the bed posts, ensuring a secure and non-detachable fit.
2. Bed Main Beams & Headboard Crossbars : 86×37mm (±2mm) closed special-shaped steel tube with a wall thickness of 1.2mm.
3. Lower Bed Pull Rods : 60×30mm flat rectangular tube with a wall thickness of 1.0mm.
4. Bed Slat Support Rails : 30×20mm square steel tube with a wall thickness of 1.0mm, connected to the main bed beams via a clasp/clip mechanism.
5. Bed Ladder : Main frame uses 25mm square steel tube with a wall thickness of 1.0mm. Ladder steps are made of new polypropylene copolymer material, integrally injection molded, with a non-slip grooved surface design.
6. Headboard & Footboard Guardrails : Frame uses 20mm square steel tube with a wall thickness of 1.0mm. The infill panel is 18mm melamine board with injection-molded edging.
7. Side Guardrails : Use 22mm diameter round steel tube with a wall thickness of 1.0mm; must be fully inserted into the bed main beams and welded all around.
8. Mosquito Net Frame : 16mm diameter round steel tube with a wall thickness of 0.8mm.
All Tubing Material : Use Baosteel cold-rolled steel plate.
