Outer Bed Posts: Use 65*65mm closed special-shaped steel tubes with a wall thickness of 1.2mm; Post Top Caps and Foot Sleeves: Made of new polypropylene plastic (one-time injection molding), wall thickness ≥3.5mm, height ≥40mm, post caps reserved with mosquito net frame holes, depth ≥120mm, with non-slip pads at the bottom. Foot sleeves should fit tightly with the bed legs, be secure, and not easily detach.
Central Bed Posts: Use 60*30mm flat rectangular tubes with a wall thickness of 1.2mm.
Main Bed Beams and Headboard Crossbars: Use 86*37mm (±2mm) closed special-shaped steel tubes with a wall thickness of 1.2mm.
Lower Bed Pull Rods: Use 60*30mm flat rectangular tubes with a wall thickness of 1.0mm.
Bed Slat Support Tubes: Use 30*20mm square steel tubes with a wall thickness of 1.0mm, connected by clamping to the main bed beams.
Bed Ladder: Use 38mm diameter round steel tubes with a wall thickness of 1.0mm; ladder steps use steel anti-slip treads.
Bed Headboard Guardrail: Use 20mm square steel tubes with a wall thickness of 1.0mm / 18mm melamine board with injection-molded edges.
Guardrail: Use 22mm diameter round steel tubes with a wall thickness of 1.0mm; must be fully welded into the main bed beams.
Mosquito Net Frame: Use 16mm diameter round steel tubes with a wall thickness of 0.8mm.
All Tubing Material: Use Baosteel cold-rolled steel plates.
